On Tuesday, April 1, former Pee Dee Academy standout Gracyn Hyatt’s current college team, the College of Charleston Cougars, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
The game took place at Patriots Point Athletics Complex. This was their first matchup against the Chanticleers this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 5 p.m. at Hunt Softball Park against Elon Phoenix.
