Congressman Russell Fry, who represents South Carolina’s 7th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of updates on his official Twitter account, addressing local veterans, hurricane preparedness, and allegations involving a fellow congressman.
On August 12, 2025, Fry expressed gratitude to veterans in his district by stating, “From the bottom of my heart—thank you to the veterans of South Carolina’s Seventh District for serving our country, and I’m glad so many of you could join us for Veterans Resource & Appreciation Day in Myrtle Beach. It was a privilege to meet each of you. Your service and https://t.co/p9f4pNLnkj”.
Later that evening, he shared information about hurricane preparedness: “The 2025 SC Hurricane Guide is now available with tips, checklists, and evacuation information. Hurricane prep saves lives—stay safe and be prepared! https://t.co/ikZaZTPVZ1”.
On August 13, 2025, Fry commented on recent allegations against Congressman Adam Schiff: “According to a whistleblower, Adam Schiff personally approved leaking classified information to target President Trump. This is corruption at the highest level—and he must be held accountable. https://t.co/U3pAnFTGjx”.
