Census Bureau: Lamar, South Carolina saw more residents between ages 65 and 74 in 2019

Of the 1,097 people residing in Lamar, SC in 2019, the median age was 42, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pee Dee News.

The largest number of people were in the 65 to 74 age bracket with the fewest number of people in the 20 to 24 age bracket.
