Coker University issued the following announcement on August 19.
HARTSVILLE, SC (August 19, 2021) -- Dr. Ye Li, Associate Professor of Chinese at Coker University, recently had a paper, "Analysis of Geling Yan's Characters from the Perspective of Jungian Theory" published in the Journal of China University of Political Science and Law.
, No.2 issue, 2021, pp.264-275. Below is the abstract for the 17,000 word paper:
Published in the Journal's No.2 issue in 2021, the abstract notes that: "The Chinese American author Geling Yan's novels are deeply influenced by Jungian archetypes and individuation theories, with prominent style and characteristics of 'Jungian Fiction.' Commenting and analyzing her works based on Jungian theory can expose the consciousness and unconsciousness of these works' protagonists, which further reveals the high achievements of Geling Yan's work in interpreting human nature."
