McLeod Health welcomes Dr. E. Lex Hanna and Dr. Brandon McDonald to the medical staff.
Dr. Hanna, an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon, serves patients at McLeod Orthopaedics in Florence with fellow physicians Dr. Rodney Alan, Dr. Patrick Denton, Dr. Zachary DiPaolo, Dr. Art Jordan, Dr. Christopher Litts, Dr. Brandon McDonald, Dr. Jason O’Dell, Dr. Kevin Pugh, Dr. Ardalan Sayan, Dr. Jeremy Sparkman, Dr. Chad Thurman, and Dr. Nigel Watt. A native of Florence, Dr. Hanna completed his Fellowship Training in Orthopaedic Trauma at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He has a special interest in treating pelvis and acetabular injuries. Dr. Hanna and his wife, Brittany, are parents of a daughter, Lexi, and are expecting another child this fall. He is currently active in various professional societies including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Orthopaedic Trauma Association. He recently completed his Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Northside Hospital Orthopedic Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. He is active in various medical societies including the American College for Sports Medicine, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. Dr. McDonald and his wife, Ingrid, are parents of a daughter, Amelia, and are expecting a son this fall. Dr. McDonald is accepting new patients.
