Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce: First Baptist - Monday's with David 11/15/2021

Rr

Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement.

Good Morning First Baptist,

Sunday service was in the chapel! I am sure that brought back memories for many of you. And yes, the elevator did work. Let’s build on those good memories by bringing someone with us when we come this Sunday back to the Sanctuary.

Congratulations to 1st Kids - they have raised over $640 for missions.

FBC will serve free hot chocolate at ‘Hartsville for the Holidays’ this Thursday, Nov 18. If you can, stop by the booth to support FBC’s effort to reach out to our community.

LOTTIE MOON Christmas offering is coming - On Thursday, Dec 2 FBC will host a chicken bog with all the money going overseas. Make plans now to take part and let your neighbors know about the opportunity.

FBC is hosting a Free Yard Sale on Saturday, Dec 11, to help  those who are struggling at this time of year. This could be a great outreach for FBC. Start now looking for good quality items you are not using and get ready to get them to church. If you need help getting your items to the church, give me a call and I will work out the transportation.

We want Hartsville to know that FBC is alive and well, concerned with our community, and to give us (FBC members) the chance to make a difference in the lives of those around us. It starts with you - pray and look for opportunities to reach out this week.

We serve a Mighty God, nothing is impossible with Him.
