Of the 1,972 people living in North Hartsville in 2020, 49.1 percent (969) were women and 50.9 percent (1,003) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pee Dee News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 10. In the 65 and over age range, there were 218 females and 141 males.
