On Tuesday, April 1, former Trinity Collegiate School standout Pierce Evans’ current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, won 14-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders.

The game took place at Ron Christopher Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Crusaders this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 3 p.m. at Ron Christopher Stadium against Southern Wesleyan Warriors.
